Come learn how to create hand bound books with HPC board member and instructor Jenni Freidman!
Students will be introduced to the art of bookbinding in this one-day workshop. We will learn all of the basics involved from handling paper to sewing with care. You will learn how to assemble a Japanese style Stab Bound book.
All materials will be provided – I can’t wait to make books with you!
Also join us for Part 1, Pamphlet Binding, from 1-3pm on January 12!
Registration is $40 and includes all supplies. Pre-registration is recommended, space is limited to 10 participants.
This workshop is intended ages 10 through adult. Children under 10 must be with an adult. Teens ages 15+ must have parent or guardian permission.
