This class is a great intro class to printmaking, and for anyone new to carving relief blocks. The instructor will go over printmaking and relief basics, including how to design your block, how to carve, how to use (water based) printmaking ink, and how to print. The materials we will be using for this class - including the soft linoleum block and the carving tools - are very beginner friendly and accessible, they can be found at most craft stores.
